Job Description

Level: M&E Project Manager (SM) or Project Manager (PM), preferably specializing in fire protection
Know the work and terms of performance under the contract. At the same time, it is necessary to understand the design and technical requirements of the project, thereby proposing solutions to adjust and solve the work in a reasonable way.
Planning and controlling construction progress periodically (weekly, monthly, etc.)
Make construction progress reports to superiors and control reports of subordinates.
Representing the company to solve related problems arising during construction.
Manage, coordinate and motivate contractors and consultants to ensure work is carried out according to plan;
Deploying and checking the preparation of payment documents, completion of construction, acceptance and handover of works. Evaluate the results of subordinate staff
Manage personnel and assets throughout the construction site.
