1. Construction Management & Expertise
- Manage construction activities to ensure they meet deadlines, quality standards, occupational safety and health, environmental protection, fire prevention and control, and approved costs.
- Inspect, monitor, and urge contractors to implement the approved construction plan.
- Inspect and approve items according to each progress milestone; propose corrective measures when there is a risk of falling behind schedule.
- Manage and oversee the operations of outsourced TVGS (Television Surveillance) services.
- Control the quantity, materials, equipment, and settlement of payments according to the contract.
- Timely detection and warning of risks affecting the quality, progress, safety, and reputation of the Investor.
2. Preparation and implementation of construction work
- Receiving design documents, conducting site surveys, and reviewing contracts.
- Develop and manage detailed construction plans.
- Develop and control plans for personnel, materials, equipment, occupational safety and health, environmental protection, and fire prevention and control.
- Detailed progress control closely follows the overall schedule.
- Propose solutions to shorten the timeline when necessary.
3. Managing schedule, costs, and budget
- Create and monitor schedules using MS Project Pro (manage baseline, cost, and update actual progress).
- Monitor and compare progress and costs against the approved budget.
- Propose a cost-effective and efficient construction plan.
- Coordinate budget control according to approved norms and limits.
4. Engineering Management & Design Conflicts
- Proficient in using SketchUp/Revit/Lumion.
- Managing conflicts between disciplines: Architecture – Structure – MEP – Fire Protection.
- Propose a quick and effective technical solution.
- Ensure the contractor fully complies with the approved design documents.
5. Team and System Management
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members at the construction site.
- Inspect and monitor the implementation of assigned tasks.
- Organize regular monthly/quarterly/annual or ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure all operations comply with the law and company regulations.
