Job description

Participate in digital transformation projects: CRM, ERP,...
Survey, collect and analyze requirements from customers, write specification documents.
Be a bridge between customers and internal teams.
Analyze and describe business flows, update documents when there are changes.
Train users when new features or system updates are available.

Male, university graduate in Finance, Business, IT, Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of product BA experience, preferably in SaaS/B2B.
Proficient in systems: CRM, ERP; understanding production processes, warehouses, and bills of lading is an advantage.
Have skills in writing documents, designing wireframes, prototypes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to travel when needed.

Salary: 18-25 million + Lunch allowance 40,000 VND/day.
