- Job details:
Clear career path: Business Analyst, Growth Strategist, Head of GSO / RevOps Lead

Analyze growth data and sales funnels to shape GTM strategy.
Transforming data insights into concrete business decisions and actions.
Serving as a strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and CEO.
Analyze the funnel by segment/industry/channel.
Perform winloss analysis, sales cycle & bottleneck analysis.
Participate in developing the GTM Plan on a quarterly basis (segment channel product).
Proposing and evaluating growth/GTM experiments.
Analyze competitors, build battlecards and insights for Sales and Product.
Prepare a Growth/GTM Review for the CEO.
Funnel uplift at key stages.
The number of GTM experiments that yield clear conclusions (win/lose/learn).
The quality of insights is applied to GTM decisions.
Level of effective support for Sales & Product (qualitative assessment)

- Job requirements:

1 year in the role: Business Analyst, Growth Analyst, Sales Ops, Strategy Analyst, Consulting
Experience in B2B/SaaS business data analytics is a significant advantage.
Business-first, hypothesis-driven thinking
Funnel analysis, winloss, GTM logic
Good Excel/Sheets skills, knowledge of SQL/BI is a plus.
Present insights clearly, logically, and concisely.
