Job Description

- Comply with the assignment of the manager or deputy manager.

- Checking imported goods:

Check the quantity , item code , and product quality to see if they match the requirements and documents.

For imported goods by weight , if underweight is detected, take a photo and send it to the weighing group for processing.

- Warehouse cleaning:

Cleaning the queue area : 1 time/day.

General warehouse cleaning : once a week.

- Check returned goods from customers:

Check quantity and quality , ensure requirements are met before re-stocking.

- Inventory check:

Perform periodic or on-demand inspections.

Replenish stock from stockroom to missing locations.

- Pick up orders:

Pick up orders according to each delivery route .

Ensure correct quantity and type of goods for each order.

Consolidate and declare missing items, including missing gas , after checking the order.

- Check order:

Check the order in front of the camera , ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Check the correct quantity and type of goods.

Pack properly .

The person checking the application must sign the application for confirmation.

- Order arrangement:

Arrange orders according to delivery routes , ensuring logic and convenience for transportation.

Handling of goods on/off the vehicle:

Unload goods from the truck when the goods arrive.

Load goods onto the vehicle scientifically , correctly and sufficiently according to the delivery order.

- Working hours: From 8:00 to 17:30 (lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30)
