Understand how to cook, always learn to improve to perfect the dish.
Work according to assigned schedule. In special cases, receive work from the Head Chef. Assume his/her duties in his/her absence.

- Serve:

Arrange and support cleaning the restaurant to keep it clean and airy.
Ensure timely delivery of shifts, clear understanding of menu information and reservations.
Neat demeanor and uniform, prepare service tools, attend weekly meetings with management.
Greet guests in a professional manner, present menu, make an effort to introduce guests and menu.
Serve food and drinks to guests according to procedures, ensuring quality and cleanliness according to standards.
Always observe customers and promptly serve customer requests, satisfy customers.
Always support colleagues.
Record and report to superiors any broken or lost equipment at the end of the shift, and be conscious of preserving and protecting restaurant assets.
Check safety and hygiene of assigned area at end of shift.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader.

- Bartending

Mix drinks according to home recipes
Prepare semi-finished ingredients for mixing.
Clean work area, wash glasses, machinery and equipment. Ensure work area is always neat, tidy and clean.
Carry out the work of handing over materials to the next shift.
