    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are looking for an assistant to handle sales support and communication with existing clients.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicate with clients in Vietnamese and translate it to us(chat, calls)
    • Follow up with existing customers
    • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • In terms of skills, candidates should have: experienced with xử lý tình huống, knowledge of tiếng Anh, proficient in kỹ năng giao tiếp, able to use kỹ năng bán hàng as well as làm việc độc lập.
  • Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: chăm sóc khách hàng, tiếp thị, tư vấn doanh nghiệp (B2B), bán hàng online as well as hỗ trợ kinh doanh.
