Job Description

Job description
- Together with the Head of Department, manage all activities of the Technical Department.
+ Plan and implement equipment maintenance
+ Support technical staff in repairing damaged machinery and equipment
+ Support management and development of technical staff team
+ Support in instructing production staff in equipment operation
+ Manage work related to fire prevention and environment
- Participate in work related to the Food Safety System within the scope of the Technical Department
- Other tasks assigned by the company
- Report to: Technical Manager / Factory Director
- Current technical team has 6 people

Requirements
- Male
- Age: 30-45 years old
- Priority given to those residing in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
- Education requirements: University degree in engineering
- Experience required: At least 2 years of experience working as Deputy Technical Manager or equivalent position
- Must have experience working in a food factory

Skill requirements
- Have good technical knowledge, able to repair machinery and equipment in production
- Good knowledge of systems: Electricity, compressed air, air conditioning, fire fighting, wastewater treatment,
- Have basic knowledge and experience in management
- Ability to plan maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the factory
- Ability to organize, implement and supervise the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Ability to communicate, train and support subordinates
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to complete work independently
- Good reporting - communication - discussion
- Positive, proactive, careful, honest in work
- Knowledge and/or experience with food safety systems such as BRC, FSSC, ISO22000 will be preferred

Knowing English or Japanese will be given priority

Salary: 23 - 27 million gross
