Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
Evaluating online stores helps ensure partners meet collaboration criteria.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle partner requests and inquiries via Salesforce and Gmail in a timely and professional manner.
Update evaluation results, track and report data on Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Looker.
Verify the store's address via Google Maps/Street View.
Training and onboarding partners; evaluating training effectiveness.
Research and select potential partners based on business needs.
Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUEST:

No experience required (Customer Service/Account/Service experience preferred).
Proficient in digital tools (Google Suite, etc.).
Good English communication skills (no certificate required).
Commitment to long-term employment, willingness to work night shifts/holidays (overtime available).

BENEFITS RECEIVED:

Salary negotiable based on qualifications.
Salary is 85% of the regular salary during the probationary period, with annual salary reviews.
13th-month salary, holiday bonuses, performance bonuses.
Sign employment contracts, pay social insurance as required; provide all necessary work equipment.
