Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports are prepared in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity of the financial reporting process.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
- Manage the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Provide guidance and support to accounting staff and other departments on financial matters.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the automotive or transportation industry, especially used-car trading business.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
