■Job description
You will support our Market Expansion Department to promote the service and to raise awareness among the local networks by building and managing the relationship with Vietnamese partners. This position requires a dynamic, organized and open-minded person. More precisely, here are the main tasks you will be responsible for:
1. Project Management (50%)
- Draw the action plans and roadmap for each project.
- Build strong relationships with local organizations, associations, and institutions.
- Market analysis: on-the-field study (involving interviews with main players from each market), lead identification.
- Identification and qualification of the best opportunities for our clients, collect relevant data and information for the research.
- B2B meeting arrangement as per request from projects.
2. Business Development for clients (30%)
- Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
- Take a leading role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships for our clients.
- Promote the brands services and products with a professional marketing plan.
- Follow-up and collaborate with the local distributor(s)/clients to report SOA clients regularly.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/ medium/ long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
3. Other duties (20%)

Age:25 ~ 31 years old
Education level:Uni
Language:Business English
・Vietnamese native, bachelor’s or master’s degree in business/management
・3-year experience in Business Development/Sales & Marketing
・Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously and achieve targets English fluency is mandatory (speaking & writing)
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
・Organizational and prioritization skills
・Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
・Previous experiences in Coating & Chemicals + Home Living would be highly appreciated Good knowledge of the pack Office and Social Media
