Class coordination (record teacher and student absence schedules)

Arrange appropriate equipment, documents, textbooks, and materials for the class to function effectively.

Sell books, pack goods, track orders and process orders.

Course consultation, class closing.

Prepare the classroom before class, keep the classroom neat and clean, arrange and manage equipment, check and clean the piano.

Work with the Director to develop plans for classes and courses, proactively propose ideas to complete the work well.

Connect with departments to perform tasks such as: Filming the final key, Checking program input/output, Reporting performance activities.

Arrange and advise on rental contracts (floors, classes) when requested by customers.

Consulting, reporting costs, and placing orders for customers.

Make book import report files and customer requests for book ordering department.

Use English in everyday communication.

Priority is given to those who have worked in the fields of training, management and work arrangement, and group leaders.

Have office skills, proficient in office tasks.
