JOB DETAILS:
This position will be responsible for business development by reaching out to and building relationships with potential customers, while also engaging in communication activities such as managing digital content and writing marketing copy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business development

• Accessing and gathering customer information and building relationships with potential customers through channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, etc., using available data sources.
• Participate in preparing quotations and service proposals, and advise on service packages that suit customer needs.
• Together with the Project Manager, we receive and thoroughly analyze customer requirements to arrange and coordinate project implementation, ensuring quality and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after the event.

Media

• Manage and update content across digital platforms: Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Fanpage, etc.
• Coordinate the design of images, videos, and media publications.
• Writing articles, email marketing, service brochures, case studies, testimonials, etc.
• Collaborate with the sales department to conduct on-site photography at client events, creating engaging content for target customers.

REQUEST:

• Fourth-year students or recent graduates in the following fields: Languages, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related areas.
• Good communication skills, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Capable of writing basic marketing content.
• Proficiency in supporting tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, CRM, email marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo), and CMS (WordPress, Webflow) is an advantage.
• Good English skills are a plus.
• Must be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
