Job Description *
Receive direct guidance and support from management on the following tasks:
- Consulting and answering customer questions related to Website and App design services.
- Contact and take care of customers throughout the process of using services at the company.
- Suggest and advise customers to upgrade and optimize the website more effectively.
Participate in training sessions from basic to advanced on products, communication skills, customer care, and marketing.
Candidate Requirements *
No experience required but eagerness to learn
Proactive and responsible for work.
Good listening skills, love to support customers and have a development orientation in the digital service industry is an advantage.
