• Responsible for store operations. Ensure proper implementation of store opening and closing procedures; Ensure facilities at the store.
• Receive and implement promotions at the store.
• Resolve any problems that arise at the store. Ensuring product and service standards, providing customers with a high quality service experience.

Manage revenue and costs

• Control and monitor goods at the store to ensure there is always enough goods for effective operations and inventory management.
• Control the store's daily revenue and costs.
• Make periodic reports on the store's business situation or as requested by the Area Manager.
