- Job Details: Sales Intern supports the sales team in sales activities, customer service, and order processing. This position works directly with the Sales Executive (AE/BDR) to ensure a smooth sales process, while also offering opportunities to learn and develop into a full-time Sales position.
1. Support sales activities
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive in identifying and contacting potential customers.
- Assisting in preparing sales materials: quotations, catalogs, proposals.
- Track order progress and update Sales with the latest information.
- Support for product demos and showrooms (if needed).
2. Support in processing orders and documents.
- Enter and update customer information on the CRM system.
- Assist in checking orders, contracts, and purchase orders under the guidance of the Sales Admin.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
3. Customer care
- Support in responding to basic customer requests.
- Track and remind customers of scheduled appointments.
- Record customer feedback and report it to the main Sales representative.
4. Internal coordination & learning
- Working with the following departments: Sales, Admin, Warehouse, and Engineering.
- Assistance in preparing basic sales reports.
- Participate in product training and sales skills training.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Job requirements:
- Final-year or recent graduates (from College/University) in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.

- Excellent communication skills, quick-witted, and proactive.
- They have a willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Basic English skills are an advantage.
