1. Industry and product management:
● Monitor and ensure that the supermarket's product lines always meet customer needs in terms of quantity and quality.
● Monitor and analyze customer consumption trends to promptly adjust product categories to suit each time and season.
2. Operate and optimize sales process:
● Process orders and coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure efficient sales processes and optimize customer experience.
● Act as a focal point for answering customer and partner inquiries regarding order status, inventory, promotions and membership policies.
3. Data analysis and industry development strategy:
● Collect and update customer data and needs, orders to support in-depth analysis.
● Monitor data and report related indicators and from there propose product development strategies and adjust products to meet customer shopping trends and needs.
4. Support promotions and sales events:
● Participate in implementing promotional programs, sales events and other activities at the supermarket.
● Collect feedback from customers to improve and develop new programs and campaigns.
5. Contribute to the overall operation of the supermarket: Coordinate with the team to effectively manage supermarket operations, optimize display space and arrange goods to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Other related tasks Supermarket operations as required by superiors.

Candidate requirements
1. Qualifications and experience:
● Have practical experience in the field of Supermarket Operations or Supply Chain/Warehouse Operations, or,
● University/College degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or related fields is an advantage.
2. Skills:
● Skills in analyzing data and using information technology to solve problems.
● Good organizational skills, able to work independently and in a team.
● Good report writing, presentation and speaking skills.
3. Personality and qualities:
● Dynamic, creative and progressive.
