- Work with the person in charge of the e-commerce platforms to agree on the mode, transportation, payment processing, delivery and handling of complaints and returns.

- Post product images and product descriptions on e-commerce platforms (shopee, lazada, tiki, tiktok,...) that the shop cooperates with.

- Plan, set prices, promotional programs, advertising plans on e-commerce platforms (shopee, tiktok, lazada, tiki,...)

-Ensure completion of operational targets on each e-commerce platform (shopee, tiktok, lazada, tiki,...)

- Continuously check and update the quantity of goods to report out of stock, stop selling, limit quantity...
- Consulting on products, answering customer questions.
- Receive and resolve situations and problems arising related to products, orders, and shipping.

- Track and report on goods sold through e-commerce platforms: Which products are popular and which are not, buyer feedback (positive or negative reviews on quality, design, packaging, delivery time...) and revenue.

- Propose discount programs, shipping support, gifts... to stimulate demand.

- Analyze market trends and propose importing new products and goods when needed.

- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Condition:

- Graduated from high school or higher
- 1 year experience in e-commerce platform operation position.
- Proficient in the rules and operating procedures of one of the platforms Shopee/tiktok/TiKi/Lazada... with good data analysis ability;
- Know how to use photo and video editing software. Knowing how to livestream is an advantage.
