Job Description
- Manage and optimize store operations on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Build promotional plans, increase shop scores, increase visibility and conversion rates.
- Master the algorithms and operating mechanisms of each exchange to come up with appropriate strategies.
- Proactively handle arising problems.
- Monitor, synthesize data, analyze performance and propose optimal solutions.
Candidate requirements
- Have a clear growth record for the shop (please attach in CV).
- Understand algorithms, ranking mechanisms, handling violations and optimizing products.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked with KOC/KOL.
- Ability to work independently, withstand high pressure and handle multitasking.
- Logical thinking, responsible, disciplined and clear-minded.
Interest
- Fixed salary from 8 million+/month, negotiable based on ability.

Working time
Monday - Saturday (from 08:00 to 18:00) (1.5 hour lunch break)
