• Strategize, plan and execute communication campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Manage and develop creative content (articles, images, videos) suitable for each channel and target audience.
• Build and maintain communities, increase customer interaction through social media activities.
• Track, analyze campaign performance, recommend improvements based on data.
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Design, Content, PR, Sales) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor market trends, social media platforms and competitor activity to optimize strategy.
• Manage advertising budget (if any), coordinate with Ads team to optimize campaign performance.
• Regular reporting on performance across social media platforms.

Job Requirements

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Understand social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Have creative content writing skills, suitable for each platform.
• Skills in using social media performance measurement and management tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Experience running ads on social media platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to think strategically, work independently and in teams.
