Job description:

- Research and analyze the market, competitors, grasp trends and customer needs;

- Implement strategies, marketing plans & product development plans monthly and quarterly;

- Building and managing e-commerce channel system including: Shopee, Tik Tok, Facebook, web...;

- Develop plans to communicate and promote brand and product images;

- Contact KOLs, negotiate, sign contracts, manage KOL relationships, set up promotional campaigns, track and report campaign results.

- Control, manage, report and optimize the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns;

- Perform other tasks as requested by management.

Candidate requirements

- Graduated from university or higher majoring in marketing, communications or related fields;

- Understanding of brand implementation, marketing and advertising;

- Understand the market, have the ability to search, analyze and evaluate updated information on the market, make comments and propose reasonable strategies;

- Have knowledge about Tik Tok ads, Facebook ads;

- Ability to create content, manage and deploy brand image on offline and online channels;

- Proficient in using MS Office, marketing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and basic SEO tools;

- Have aesthetic thinking and quickly grasp trends;

- Have the mindset to research customer behavior and have analytical skills;

- Knowing how to use Photoshop and Canva software is an advantage;

- Good English is an advantage;

- Priority is given to having experience in the Fashion, cosmetics industry...

- Have experience of 1-2 years or more in a similar position.

- Fixed salary: 15-20 million depending on ability (Candidates can negotiate during the interview process), bonus based on work performance;
