Job description
• Support the Marketing team to coordinate the processes and tasks of the marketing project, develop ideas and plans in accordance with the information provided initially;
• Synthesize tasks to be done and coordinate with related departments to plan the implementation of assigned Marketing projects.
• Coordinate with team to maintain and provide timely updates of web content to social media accounts and company website.
• Regularly conduct market research on technology, marketing strategy, communication and brand to stay up to date with social media trends and customer needs.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with both suppliers and external partners of the company.
• Monitoring the implementation, reminding and giving suggestions to the parties to ensure the work takes place on time and with quality.
• Perform the tasks assigned by the Direct Manager and other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Candidate Requirements
• Graduated from College/University majoring: Marketing, Communication,... or related majors.
• Preference will be given to those with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, work goals, to-dos. Present information neatly, Communicate clearly, coherently, easily to understand, skillfully.
• Ability to organize and schedule work. Dynamic, creative, good communication skills.
• Preference will be given to those with good language skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are interested in Marketing and F&B fields who want to work long-term and stable.
Right
• Working time: From Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) and Saturday morning (8am - 12pm).
• Salary negotiable according to ability and experience.
