1. JOB INFORMATION:- Come up with ideas, design online & offline program items of Marketing event plans (banner, poster, standee, backdrop, greeting cards, vouchers, etc)
- Come up with ideas for content creation, management and development of social networking sites, fanpages, and websites
- Conceptualize and organize the implementation of short-term and long-term marketing plans for the development of the Company's brands and products in accordance with the business strategy in each period.
- Participate in product photo shoots and video shoots.
- Work closely with the Sales team to devise and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness on websites, distributors and media advertising.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct management and the Board of Directors.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), and Saturday Morning (8am - 12pm)
2. Requirements:- Education: College, University. Priority is given to candidates majoring in marketing and business administration
- Experience: Candidates have at least 01 year of experience in a similar position.
- Have personal laptop
- Skill:
- Writing ability (writing articles, writing content on social media channels)
- Have good aesthetics, know how to design and use basic design tools
- Have knowledge of digital marketing
- Good situation handling skills
- Analytical skills
- Good communication skills, quick adaptation to the environment.
- Having worked in sales is an advantage
