Job description:
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to propose, plan and budget direct marketing activities for markets inside and outside Ho Chi Minh in accordance with the overall marketing strategy and KPI of the Company.
- Propose a content plan with the goal of lead, brand recognition.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager, propose and organize offline activities and events at the Academy to attract more new customers and increase brand awareness
- Actively contact and work with departments, delegations and faculties of high schools, colleges, universities and vocational schools to apply for jobs at schools, set up booths, organize workshops, and provide career guidance to get leads and collect revenue. attract new customers.
- Building, training and managing the direct marketing team (5 employees) to ensure the set KPIs.
- Manage and develop data calling script by phone for direct marketing staff.
- Allocate KPIs to channels, make reports and evaluate DMK activities performed for each market.
- Market survey and analysis of weekly/monthly/quarterly work results to propose ways to improve work efficiency.
- Closely monitor the quality of direct marketing team, monitor the call to filter data.
- Sales support.
Request:
- Qualification: Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related.
- Experience: Having experience in telesales, direct marketing, having good looks and understanding the education / study abroad market is an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates who have studied or worked in Korea-related jobs, have experience and network with high schools, colleges, universities, and vocational schools.
- Eager to learn, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, dynamic, open-minded, teamwork, proactive in work.
- Foreign language: not required - English or Korean is an advantage.
- Proficient in office software.
