Receive and implement instructions, policies, and guidelines from the Board of Directors and Department Heads.
- In charge of sales in the market assigned by the Board of Directors and Head of Department.
- Propose ideas to promote sales, create profits, reduce costs...
- Plan and implement business and marketing promotion activities in the market in charge.
- Organize the collection and processing of market information including: Market share, market segments, competitors, prices, consumer tastes, product types, quality, product designs and customer requirements, agricultural development trends in each locality.
- Manage and be responsible for all sales including: Finding customers to expand and develop the market, develop sales volume, monitor and report sales situation compared to plan , ensuring revenue and customer debt.
- Consolidate traditional markets, refine and expand the dealer network to cover all provinces and cities, focus on developing specialized products in each different market region. Survey and breakthrough in planning areas for concentrated crops, agricultural and forestry farms,...
- Record information through face-to-face meetings, letters, and daily phone calls with all transactions related to the organization and supply of goods.
- Arrange transaction programs and plans with agents in the area in charge, arrange appropriate and quick delivery schedules.
- Create relationships with transport vehicle owners, collaborators, and partners outside the Company to support the completion of sales work.
- Promote and introduce new products of the Company, promptly notify adjustments to price policies, promotions and perform thoughtful after-sales work according to the responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.
- Monitor and collect debts from agents and customers according to plan. Submit all proceeds from sales to the Company.

Job requirements:
- Gender Male
- Graduated from college or higher with majors in economics and business administration; Graduation in Agriculture and Horticulture is preferred
- Agile, Hardworking, Honest, good health, Able to go on business trips
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Salary: 8,000,000 ~ 10,000,000 VND
