Job Description

• Plan to develop new customers, take care of old customers
• Process orders, complaints and delivery schedules. Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, completely and on time according to customer needs. Collect debts on time.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships. Exchange information, collect customer needs, information on new product trends and notify the Sales Team Leader and related departments.
• Other reports as required by superiors.

• Candidate requirements

  • Experience: No experience required
  • Good communication and customer care skills. Flexible and effective situation handling skills.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Experience in chemical or automatic color mixing system is an advantage.
