- Expand, maintain and develop the customer base in the field of Brand, furniture, event communication; provide system and package solutions for partners and customers.
- Approach, build relationships, advise customers on products, services and solutions of the company and sign contracts.
- Planning, controlling, evaluating the progress and quality of the project implementation..
- Coordinate with functional departments and specialized departments (Marketing, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Event...) to deploy according to contract signing items.
- Implement periodical customer care and building programs.
- Synthesize, evaluate & solve problems, arising related affecting the quality, progress and business efficiency of the project.
- Summarize periodical reports at the request of the Head of Department/Board of Management and evaluate the project implementation results.
