Job Description

• Searching and locating potential customers, contacting and meeting to understand customer needs, recommend and advise customers on suitable services:
  • Connecting businesses to the e-commerce floor.
  • Connecting consumers using the company's consumer card service.
  • Membership Development of Associations.
  • Consulting service package of the company.
• Create and manage customer profiles.
• Customer care and support.
• Report to management on customer needs, problems and concerns.
• Manage at least 3 collaborators.
• Support consulting, customer care of CTV in Team.
• Develop sales channel by finding potential partners and agents.
• Set sales goals and implement business plans to achieve them.
• Monitor and report sales results and recommend improvements to improve business performance.
• Participate in events, exhibitions and fairs to introduce products and find new customers.
• Perform other business-related tasks as requested by superiors.
