A – Digital Marketing

1. Implement advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok, and Instagram => ensure ROI and ROAS, report data regularly and in an easy-to-understand manner
2. Regularly optimize the website (UX/UI, layout, etc.).
3. SEO: Keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page optimization, backlinks, content, etc.
4. Communication: Be an owner of EDM & SMS campaigns
5. Analyzing data for planning and implementing marketing strategies
6. Digital asset and content creation

B – Marketing Assistant

1. Product description & product listing
2. Managing Zalo Official Account
3. Managing loyalty program CRM
4. Customer service assistant & chatbot improvement
5. Photoshoots and baby fairs.
6. Other marketing tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, based in Saigon
2. Ability to communicate proficiently in English
3. A minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing
4. Experience and knowledge of various online digital marketing tools (GA, GTM, GG/FB/Tiktok/Zalo Ads, SEO-SEM...)
5. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, preferable with data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
6. Strong content & digital artwork development skills
7. Ability to analyze, make data-supported recommendations, and present data
8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, and technologies in digital marketing along with best practices
9. Enthusiastic about working in an international environment and a busy startup. Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple deadlines.
10. Dedicated team player, pro-active, can-do, and go-getter attitude.
11. Detail-oriented, high-level of responsibility, fast learner, well-organized, good sense of aesthetics, and possess a strong work ethic with integrity.
