A. Appearing in a video clip as a character in a story about young people who love fashion - love experiences - are happy, progressive, eager to learn:

- Comfortable in front of the camera (no need to know how to act);

- Natural, friendly, open demeanor;

- Able to interact and grasp audience psychology;

B. Editing - Editing Tiktok Short Video Clips:

- Write a script based on the direction, shoot, and edit a vivid and attractive finished product clip...

Candidate requirements:

- Candidates are people who: Love fashion, beauty, art; Open, cheerful personality, interested in young people's problems;

- Able to record and edit short video clips well;

- Grasp viewer psychology on the Tiktok platform;

- Having experience building channels on Tiktok is an advantage (Interesting concept, viral clips);

- Love working with ideas, language, images;

- Basic Marketing Branding knowledge;

- Age: priority is given to the Z gene age);

- Qualities: hardworking, serious, committed to work;

- Experience of 1-2 years or more in a similar position.

- Fixed salary: 12-15 million depending on ability (Candidates can negotiate during the interview process), performance bonus;
