- Job details:

• Create a thumbnail design based on your ideas. Revise or rework the thumbnail if the previous one wasn't effective on your channel.
• Compile thumbnails with similar themes/content that have high traffic from competitors => Develop thumbnail ideas based on established standards.
• Evaluate and improve the quality of thumbnails for the channel.
• Perform other tasks as required by your supervisor.

- Job requirements:

Education level: College/University graduate

• Proficient in Photoshop, AI image creation tools: Midjourney, Chat GPT, and has experience in a similar position.
• Creative thinking and a refined aesthetic sense.
• Quick-witted, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a team, desire to have a long-term commitment to the company.
