Job Description

work content
• Ensure reasonable, neat and complete arrangement of shelves.
• Handle customer discount policy, value change and return issues appropriately and tactfully.
• Maintain and ensure in-depth product knowledge to provide appropriate advice and suggestions to customers when needed
• Supporting customers in finding the right products for their needs.
• Process and use computer billing operations and sales transactions.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks to ensure sales areas, stockrooms, and cash registers are well maintained.
• Address customer concerns and questions and complaints as needed.
• Answer phone calls politely and professionally.
• Responsible for receiving, inventorying and preserving goods and products in the best condition.
• Have basic product and goods display skills.
• Perform tasks as directed by management.
Request
• Age from 20-27, graduated from vocational high school or higher.
• Have at least 6 months of experience working at luxury and high-end fashion labels.
• Have a sense of responsibility at work.
• Voice without lisp, basic English communication.
• Sensitive in handling situations that arise when customers request.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, agile, proactive, honest and responsible for work.
• Be careful and meticulous in work.
• Able to work independently, work in groups and withstand pressure at work.
Right:
• Basic salary: 8,000,000/month + commission according to target.
• Probationary salary: 85% of basic salary for 2 months.
• Social insurance regime according to Labor law.
• Work full-time, have 4 days off per month and 12 days off per year
• Flexible working hours in shifts: 8:00 - 17:30, 13:30 - 22:00. (as arranged by management)
