Position : Sales staff
Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City
Number needed: 4 people
Work content:
- Consulting, introducing and selling jewelry products, essential oils, scented candles;
- Support customers on sales-related policies;
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers;
- Display, manage and track goods at the store;
- Demonstrate professional image, brand, and sales style;
Job requirements:
- Education and experience
+ Graduated from high school or higher;
+ Having at least 1 year of sales experience is an advantage
+ Candidates without experience in the industry will be trained.
- Other requirements
+ Male/Female, good health, balanced and good-looking appearance;
+ Age from 20 - 35;
+ Good communication ability;
+ Do not lisp, stutter, or speak with a local accent.
Salary and bonus:
- Working 8 hours/day: 8 million (For experienced people) and 7 million (for newbies).
- Work 4 hours/day: 4 million (For experienced people) and 3.5 million (for newbies).
- Allowances: (lunch/gasoline/phone/uniform allowance) - if any
- Bonus: 1% of direct sales at the Showroom and 1.5% of sales in online livestreams.
Working time:
- Shift 1: From 9am to 5pm (8 hours)
- Shift 2: from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (4 hours)
- Number of working days: 28 days/month
