Job Description
Responsible for managing, supervising and training the company's marketing team.
Work directly with the Board of Directors to finalize plans and implement Marketing campaigns
Plan, implement and control PR programs, events, trade marketing and other marketing communication activities
Research customer behavior and habits on the company's Digital channels (Fanpage, website, email, etc.), identify and exploit new marketing channels to expand the market if any
Building and managing and developing the company's Social Network systems (facebook, email marketing, website, etc.) to increase brand awareness
Develop standards to evaluate internal KPIs for Marketing department.
Market analysis, competitor research to come up with a suitable marketing strategy for each brand.
Monitor, evaluate the effectiveness and report the progress of the company's marketing activities
Proposing the Board of Directors reasonable means to serve the job well
