Supervise and monitor the construction and installation of solar energy projects, contribute constructive comments, approve construction measures, and perform other tasks as required by management.​

1. Supervise construction works as assigned

Directly inspect, monitor and evaluate the construction process at the site, update information in the daily work diary.
Remind and suspend construction when detecting violations of processes, technical regulations, quality and safety of works according to approved designs and measures.
Act as a focal point to solve problems that arise during actual construction on the construction site.
Prepare acceptance records of work and project items.
2. Monitor assigned project management.

Open the construction log book to track the project
Check the construction work of construction teams or subcontractors based on actual volume,
Detect shortcomings in documents and organize field construction, warn of potential risks (if any).
Check instructions for preparing quality management documents of construction teams or subcontractors.
3. Confirm the accepted quantity and items meet the monthly quality standards of the units in charge.

4.Participate in formulating, appraising/approving construction methods and technical designs of projects.

Guide and advise Subcontractors or Construction Teams to establish project construction measures, and preliminarily approve construction measures prepared by affiliated units.
Participate in technical design appraisal of projects invested by the company as assigned by the department head.
Research the design of projects assigned to supervise and monitor, detect errors and shortcomings and propose plans for modifications and additions.
