Cost control

• Track expenses by department/channel
• Compare actual figures with budget, and receive warnings about potential fluctuations.

Revenue & Reconciliation (training provided if you have no prior experience in the e-commerce industry)

• Reconcile revenue across channels (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, offline).
• Check cost of goods, discounts, and sales programs.

Cash flow & liabilities

• Track cash flow and create income and expenditure plans.
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Taxes & Compliance

• File and pay taxes on time.
• Managing invoices, working with tax authorities.

Control & Coordination

• Checking documents, controlling internal expenses.
• Coordinate with other departments (HR, E-commerce, Warehouse, etc.)

Job requirements:

• I have 2 years of experience as a General Accountant.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Careful, responsible, data-driven thinking
