1. Request the work results that you need to achieve:- Design infographics to convey complex information in an engaging, intuitive, and easy-to-understand way. For example, describe processes, models, etc.
- Design banners, product description images (functions, features), mockups, etc.
- Design the interface of websites/blogs in a streamlined style
- Redraw graphics, icons, etc
2. Necessary skills:- Proficient in design software: Photoshop, AI, Figma, Canvas, etc
- Good hand-drawing skills, artistic talent
- Skills to learn new things, adapt to changing job requirements
- Good search and research skills to serve for finding documents and design materials
- Skills to organize, arrange design data, set up file naming rules for convenient retrieval
- Good creativity, can create unique and breakthrough design ideas
- Good use of Wacom
(Beast Team will provide full tools for the job)
3. Qualities required (to work with Beast Team for a long time):- Actively in learning and researching to come up with effective design options.
- Have teamwork spirit, cooperate well with other members to clarify design requirements.
- Disciplined, dedicated and highly committed to the team goals as well as the strategic goals of the organization.
- Passionate about design, aiming to bring innovative product values to satisfy users.
4. Salary and benefits- Salary based on ability from 8 million or more (negotiable).
- Probation from 1-2 months, guaranteed 85% salary.
