Job Description

JOB CONTENT
1. Operational management
• Master the company's operating procedures and regulations, ensure proper implementation of working procedures at the restaurant.
• Responsible for the shift.
• Directly handle arising problems, customer inquiries, or instruct staff to thoroughly handle them to maintain service quality during the shift.
• Control the quality of products delivered to customers, ensuring consistency and compliance with requirements.
2. Revenue and cost management
• Support store manager (SM) to order & control goods, manage inventory, and effectively use store costs.
3. Human resource management
• Manage staff during shifts, ensuring work processes are performed accurately and efficiently.
