1. Business planning:
- Manage Customer list.
- Make periodic reports on: business results, markets, competitors, major customers, and potential customers of the Company.
- Collect market information: competitors' activities, promotional programs.
2. Guaranteed coverage:
- Manage customers by each channel to achieve sales targets set by the Company (customers according to each assigned channel)
- Develop and expand the Customer system, increase product coverage at assigned existing Customers.
- Make sales plans to complete monthly/quarterly delivered sales targets.
- Maintain business relationships assigned by the Company: contact, meet, visit and send quotes and offers information regularly.
- Find out customers' needs, develop business in assigned areas.
3. Guaranteed sales:
- Responsible for sales targets set by the Company.
- Monitor and urge the signing of contracts with customers, support the tracking and settlement of customer debts.
- Ensure building business operations to save costs and increase profits.
4. Building relationships with customers:
- Create good relationships with customers and promptly respond to their inquiries.
- Ensuring fair treatment of all customers in: Coverage, product distribution, prices and promotions.
5. Team building
- Together with the recruitment and training staff, build a team of skilled and effective sales staff.
6. Other requirements
- Carry out and deploy other tasks as requested by Management levels.
- Make periodic or unscheduled reports as requested by Management levels.
