Develop/propose annual Digital Marketing budget allocation
Develop & implement a detailed Digital Marketing plan (master plan) quarterly/monthly: goals, channels, tools (google, facebook, zalo...), content, KPIs, budgets and measurements
Implement promotional and branding campaigns through Digital Marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing...), including test deployment and evaluate the results.
Collect and analyze market information, product information, and competitor's Digital Marketing and Social Media programs.
Understand the technical regulations of each digital channel to optimize content, images and advertising quality.
Write news and promotions for the company's website, Facebook and other digital platforms
Administer web/app/other digital platforms and company's email system
Developing new advertising channels on digital platforms
Coordinate with related departments to ensure work progress and results
Perform duties as requested by the Head of Department
