• Training and development of sales staff.
• Plan and manage employee work schedules.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Financial Management:
• Track and manage store revenue and expenses.
• Periodic business performance reports.
• Plan budget for the store.

Operation management:
• Keep the store clean and tidy.
• Maintain the store's professional brand image.
