Job description:

1. Develop TikTok content ideas and manage the account.

• Responsible for generating content ideas, analyzing viral videos, and developing TikTok content plans.
• Content strategy tailored to livestreaming products and account positioning.
• Researching TikTok's trending topics, traffic patterns, and traffic distribution mechanisms.
• Manage daily account operations, upload videos, and optimize hashtags/tags.

2. Shoot, edit, and produce videos.

• Responsible for shooting and editing short videos, including subtitles, thumbnails, background music, and effects.
• We produce traffic-generating videos for livestreams, product introduction videos, channel building videos, and clips extracted from livestreams.
• Optimize video view rates and engagement rates in line with TikTok's content trends.
• Create content that aligns with the TikTok platform's style.

3. Data analysis & livestream traffic management

• Coordinate with the livestream plan to produce content on a daily/weekly basis.
• Increase livestream reach and drive traffic to your livestream room through short videos.
• Track views, view count, engagement rate, and traffic navigation data.
• Continuously optimize content strategy and video effectiveness based on data.

Job requirements

• Understanding the TikTok content ecosystem and algorithm
• Proficient in using CapCut, Premiere (PR), After Effects (AE), and other video editing software.
• Has a good sense of video pacing, aesthetics, and social media trends.
• They possess strong execution capabilities, fast video production speeds, and a creative mindset for content creation.
• Being sensitive to TikTok trends and the preferences of Vietnamese users.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in TikTok short videos, e-commerce content, or livestream cutting.
