1. Job Objectives

Responsible for advising, developing clients, and driving sales of real estate products (residential/commercial/rental/investment), while maintaining and expanding relationships with high-end clients.

2. Job Description

- Search for, develop, and nurture potential clients in the real estate rental sector at Shophouse projects nationwide.

- Advising clients on real estate products that suit their investment and business needs.

- Conduct negotiations, finalize deals, and sign real estate purchase/lease agreements.

- Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure transaction progress.

- Stay updated on market information, investment trends, and competitors.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and brokers.

- Prepare periodic business performance reports as required by Management.

- Job requirements:

- Graduated from college/university in the following fields: Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

- Minimum 35 years of experience in real estate, banking, finance, insurance, or related customer segments.

- Has a strong sales track record and the ability to close deals independently.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.

- Understanding of the real estate market and basic legal aspects of real estate transactions.

- Proactive, able to handle high sales pressure, possessing strong business acumen and excellent customer service skills.

- Willing to travel for business nationwide.
