JOB DETAILS
Food Preparation and Cooking: Perform preparation and cooking steps according to the menu, ensuring the quality, standards and aesthetics of the dishes.
Raw material management: Receive, check and preserve food ingredients properly, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
Food Safety Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Food Quality Assurance: Check and taste food before serving to ensure taste, quality and accuracy; meet special customer requests.
Support and Coordination: Support colleagues and coordinate with team to ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
Training and Development: Support new staff training, share experiences and update new cooking methods and trends to improve menu quality and work processes.
