Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
• Gather client briefs and brainstorm effective solutions
• Develop and pitch proposals to win projects
• Strategically develop and implement event campaigns across all channels
• Manage projects efficiently (timelines, budget, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing)
• Coordinate suppliers, troubleshoot on event day, and oversee dismantling and removal
• Conduct post-event evaluation and make reports for stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client teams
• Research event markets and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years experience in related fields
• University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade or related fields
• Creative and active team player who is passionate, highly committed, and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and innovation
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date with event marketing, communication, and advertising
• Good command of English
