Job description

Support tasks related to talent development, HR development, and post-employment skill development
Handle an average of 510 project clients per month
Accompany sales representatives on office visits
Prepare necessary documents (in Japanese)
Assist external consultants
2-month OJT training in Hanoi during the probationary period (all expenses covered by the company)
