Organize and operate all production activities, ensure productivity, quality on schedule and save costs and materials as required.
Preside over the construction, maintenance, and recording of agreed processes.
Update the implementation of production processes and quality regulations to ensure product quality for the Company.
Research to complete and improve product quality (if necessary)
Research and deploy the application of new technology and new products according to the Company's orientation (if any)
Responsible for managing training and developing human resources, assigning work, checking, supervising, urging, supporting, and evaluating human resources of affiliated Departments.
Organize competition activities, training activities, and training to improve productivity and work efficiency of employees.
