What you will do in this role
Provide hands-on insights and direction on logistic workflow tools
Responsible for Ecotruck technical product feature verticals: from research to release
Learn and share knowledge about Vendors & Merchants
Map out use cases, flows, wireframes, and requirements
Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and strategy
Run kickoff feature meetings with the team
Listen for feedback. Understand and discuss implementation
Test features
Use the product daily
Point out issues and enhancements
Work with leadership to manage the roadmap and backlog
What we are looking for
2-3 years of product owner, business analyst, design/ UX
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly engaged Hands-on product builder
Ability to lead product through reason, not power
Understanding of logistic domain (a plus)
Enterprise product experience (a plus)
About you
No formal education required but a well-written design portfolio is a must.
