Mô tả công việc

Chi tiết công việc

Tư vấn, giới thiệu căn hộ cao cấp cho nhân sự công ty nước ngoài ở các khu vực trung tâm Q1, Q2 và Bình Thạnh.
Đàm phán giá cả, điều khoản thanh toán và các điều khoản khác theo thỏa thuận.
Hỗ trợ thương lượng, đàm phán giữa khách thuê và chủ nhà đảm bảo giao dịch thuận lợi
Chốt hợp đồng thuê căn hộ và bàn giao nhà cho khách. Support khách hàng trong quá trình ở tại căn hộ
Đóng vai trò đại sứ thương hiệu, duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng và các đối tác của công ty.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Nam/Nữ ưu tiên sinh viên năm 3-4 các trường đại học, cao đẳng.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản (90% khách hàng công ty là người nước ngoài)
Năng động, nhiệt huyết có đam mê kinh doanh và yêu thích làm việc với con người
Có laptop và phương tiện di chuyển cá nhân
Kỹ năng tư vấn, thuyết phục khách hàng (chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo)
Thời gian làm việc linh động, có thể lên công ty 6 buổi/tuần (ưu tiên ứng viên có thể làm việc T7 & CN)

Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 08:30 đến 17:30), cuối tuần làm việc online
Ca sáng: 08:30 - 12:00
Ca chiều: 13:30 - 17:30
