Phục vụ món ăn, đồ uống lên bàn cho khách khi được chuẩn bị xong.
Cung cấp dịch vụ đồ uống có cồn một cách có trách nhiệm.
Kiểm tra xem khách có hài lòng với món ăn, thức uống không.
Phục vụ khách trong suốt bữa ăn, hỗ trợ khách khi cần.
Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng.
Đảm bảo các khu vực quán và phòng chức năng được giữ sạch sẽ.
Thực hiện những nhiệm vụ được cấp trên phân công.
